Things like generators, ignition coils and basic brake components do not fall into Delphi's picture because there are so many suppliers competing on price out there it's unlikely you can gain any kind of a competitive advantage.

I went to adjust my brake bias and I'm pretty sure I knocked the ignition switch off. They are right next to each other. I couldn't figure out what was wrong, and then I looked down to turn it off and it was already off.

We had brake issues to start with, then a gearbox, then brakes again. Then we had some engine belts fall off three or four times. Yeah, and we couldn't select some gears. I thought, eventually, it was going to knock us off the lead, but the team seemed to have an answer every time.

There was a sudden ignition.

It can (rise and fall) in feet; it's not instantaneous, but it's very noticeable. Any up-and-down activity like that just puts another stress on the environment and the uses of the river.

There are a lot of fragile suppliers out there.
