This agreement is intended to give Palestinian people the freedom to move, to trade, to live ordinary lives,

This is going to be a Palestinian process, and I think we have to give the Palestinians some room for the evolution of their political process,

there is not going to be any pass for Palestinian leadership in fighting terror.

We will stick to the text of the Beijing [agreement], and I believe we can make progress if everybody sticks to what we agreed to,
