This Ariyan Eightfold Path, that is to say: Right view, right aim, right speech, right action, right living, right effort, right mindfulness, right contemplation.

The stages of the Noble Path are: Right View, Right Thought, Right Speech, Right Behavior, Right Livelihood, Right Effort, Right Mindfulness and Right Concentration.

We do not need to proselytise either by our speech or by our writing. We can only do so really with our lives. Let our lives be open books for all to study.

He who walks in the eightfold noble path with unswerving determination is sure to reach Nirvana.

As from a large heap of flowers many garlands and wreaths are made, so by a mortal in this life there is much good work to be done.

However many holy words you read,However many you speak,What good will they do you If you do not act on upon them?
