This has been an unbelievable year, no matter what happens. I did a better job of coaching last year than this year. What we went through last year, we can laugh, but I will not watch a tape from last year.

Enjoy it. Take a breath, kick back and enjoy. Because this doesn't happen every year at Memphis. It happens at Kentucky, Duke, North Carolina and those other programs. It doesn't happen at Memphis.

Tournaments like this take the pressure off for a little while because we know that no matter what happens, it won't affect our conference standing. We're able to try new things in these matches, and we're able to work on parts of our game that we might not be comfortable using in conference matches.

No, sir, I'm here for an eternity. It's what I do now, and no matter what happens out here, I want to do it forever -- either to the point where I can't make any money at it, or something happens that I'm too injured to go on.
