This investigation is still open, so I cannot comment on specifics.

We're looking for assistance from members of the public who may have seen two subjects matching this description prior to, and or fleeing the robbery and getting in a vehicle. This happened in a high visibility area. There are probably people out there who witnessed something related to this incident.

It's unclear whether or not this vehicle was in any way involved in the incident. It is still of interest to us at this point ... but we're also interested in any other vehicles anybody may have seen.

The only reason people want water rights is to have certainty to what their place in line is.

The local governments are responsible to their taxpayers. They're responsible to industry.

Diversion does not only mean taking water from the river.
