This is a great group of young men. We have senior leadership as well as a number of quality underclassmen who have blended in very well.

We have won five or six games in a row now. This is what we needed going into our regional tournament.

We knew that the senior class would be the difference on this team. While we have many underclassmen who have gotten the job done, we figured that the seniors, who have had the experience, would step up and become leaders.

We've missed him. He's got leadership quality and a good rugby brain now.

But he has that same leadership quality. Brett has it, of course, and so does Drew.

He's trying to identify quality people and people who have won. He got it (leadership) in a package with those two.
