This is a great way to have fun and support a very worthy cause at the same time. The ADA is fighting a tough battle and we want to do our part to help raise awareness about this important health concern in our area.

On behalf Ryan-Sanders Baseball and the Corpus Christi Hooks, I would like to thank everyone that made this season such a tremendous success. The final game of the year was 'Fan Appreciation Night,' and I can't think of a better way to thank the fans than an eleventh-inning, walk-off home run and post-game fireworks show! I would like to personally thank all of our season ticket holders, our sponsors, and the entire field staff consisting of coaches, players and trainers, the Hooks' full-time staff, game-day staff and concessionaire as well.

With Nolan and Reid and Reese, one thing they had to start with was baseball. There's an advantage there. We also played and so [Nolan Ryan] had a good understanding of the pressure and the responsibilities these [players] have.

He's been looking for some time to retire from the radio station.

We hope to have a big crowd. It is a great way to have fun and support your local library.

People realize it's a great way to support the organization, while having fun. That's what it's all about, skiing and the community.
