This is a new learning experience. Right now, I am learning just how the American Red Cross helps those in need.

This is a lot different then the newspaper business. However as a community helper I feel that this is a calling instead of a job. Other directors including myself don't expect to be glorified for the work we do with Red Cross.

That amount of money is pretty good for a small chapter like Covington County. But, it all goes back to the local contributors lending a helping hand to the needy.

Sometimes when learning comes before experience It doesn't make sense right away.

What I expect is consistency of doing it right every day. Each day has to be a learning experience, but at the same time you have to be at the top of your game. That's tough to do, that's one of the things if you're going to be a major-league player the consistency factor of your daily approach has to be very good. That's what I expect him to improve on.
