This is a step back. Instead of seeing more diversity (on the court) at a time of increasing diversity in the country ... we're seeing less.

The first question is (having) enough votes to win defeat. It's also important that the filibuster remain as an option on the table. The filibuster is there for a reason.

Neither one believes the fact that [Roberts] was an excellent student in school and a superb lawyer in private practice means the end of the inquiry.

Women just do not have access to health care services. We as a country have to do better. Improving access is one of the highest priorities.
