This is a team that has worked really hard to get to this point. Giant slalom is not our best event, so hopefully we can do much better in the slalom race.

Yeah, we played hard. We worked hard and played hard and I though we were the best team on the ice tonight, but we need breaks to win games. We didn't have any breaks -- all the breaks were against us. A few calls were against us, so it was one of those nights.

It's unbelievable. This is what we worked hard for all year is to get to this point. We did it the hard way, but we wouldn't have liked it any other way.

I've never been part of a team where that didn't occur at some point. And sometimes behind the scenes is way worse than that.
