This is a tremendously suspicious deal. Once again the influence of minority groups, of the Catalan government, is behind it.

There is evidence of political interests behind this affair.

The donors conference starts on a good footing because they agreed (at the U.N.) on the goals.

That doesn't mean there are no efforts to influence the minority parties, but the principal efforts almost always involve the party in power, the party or the individuals from that party who can deliver results.

That will also positively influence the price offered to the minority shareholders.

I think that minority business owners should be up in arms over this. The government has never hit the 5% minority business contracting goal and now they're recommending eliminating the minimal opportunities that minorities have in doing business with the Federal government. It's unconscionable.
