This is a year we expect to compete. But this is a heck of a conference to try to be competing in.

If he's the best in this conference, that's saying something. He sure is striking the ball well. He doesn't ever seem to be getting himself in any trouble. As long as you are long and straight, you should be in the running. Now, if he can get hot with his putter -- I haven't seen that from him yet.

The middle of the NIC-9 is stronger than it has been. In the past, we had an upper echelon, a couple of teams in the middle and then the bottom. Now, the middle has made strides.

But in doing so—moving forward, in Greta’s mind—he’s still dealing with the past. It’s always strung out behind us, innit, attached to our arses like a roll of toilet paper we trail out of the bathroom, pointing the way to the giant shite we just took. It doesn’t matter if we flushed it down: Everyone still knows what we did there.

I yawned and stretched luxuriously in the morning. I make noises when I stretch because it feels ten times better than stretching silently.
