This is basically an all-star team. I was pitching against a lot of guys I grew up watching.

Coming in last year, with Baez already here, you knew that job wasn't open. He was the closer, everybody knew that. But with the trade, it's left a lot of opportunity. I'd love to take advantage of it if I could. And we'll see in a couple of weeks.

I was going in the right direction. I'm glad they showed some trust in me to put me in that situation. That's a situation I want to be in. I was just one pitch away.

Playing well with others is important - not being too flashy, just keeping good time and of course coming up with cool beats. A good snare drum, kick drum, high hat. Just getting good at the hand feet coordination.

I don't think we panicked [in the second half], we just weren't getting good shots. We're not used to being in that situation, and we didn't know what to do.

It's hard to place blame on anybody when you're racing in a pack that is that close with the speeds those guys are running out there. For the most part they all do a pretty good job. All it takes is one little slip-up by somebody or by two or three people, you're going to have a heck of a crash. It's just unfortunate.
