This is going to be Class A space. We do believe this is going to be the nicest business location built to date in Charlotte County.

There are going to be a lot of people here, with all these homes being built. This is going to be a place where people are going to come to do business.

Charlotte County is like the hole in the doughnut. There's a lot of opportunity here. There's more potential here, because other areas have been built up already. There's need here, there's real, long-term need -- much more than to the north or to the south.

The school administration (at Faust) has been very supportive in getting me the class space I need. I've had smaller rooms than this.

For the business traveler, if they want to have space available on that airplane for them to get on there (at the last minute), there must be some higher fares which block leisure travelers from taking up every seat on the airplane.
