This is good and we needed this to get going again. We sort of hit a lull ? we got the injury and the loss. It's good to get us going again. After Gilboa, we were like, 'If we want to win the league, we have to beat Kortright twice now.' At least we made it interesting, but we still have to go up there and play.

We got off to a good start in the second half and then hit a lull. We got in some foul trouble and got out of sync with the lineup we had in there. But defensively, our kids kept plugging away. The longer it went, the better we got defensively. Gravette (17-10) was pretty much one shot and out late in the game and we took advantage.

We have nothing to be ashamed of. This year has been a roller coaster. It was a constant adjustment.

Traditionally, we've been fast starters. We hit a lull early this season. We recovered from that and we've have been playing pretty good baseball.

This is a lull, not a recovery. In this sort of situation, a small bounce-back happens quite often. (It) is wishful thinking. But the point is, it is not over.
