This is my first shot at coaching the boys and I'm looking forward to the challenge.

Princeton always is a big challenge for us. The Nottingham boys we have to take seriously. We're down to crunch time now. There's still some areas we have to swim better in. We're getting a good effort from the kids. That's the most important thing.

It's a fairly large difference, particularly when you consider that unlike differences across racial and ethnic groups, boys and girls are raised in the same households, so it's not so easy to explain the differences by their community, or their income level.

Our boys have been knocking on the door the past few years. Hopefully, this is the year.
