This is New York and there's no law against being annoying

No enemy is so annoying as one who was a friend, or still is a friend, and there are many more of these than one would suspect.

Poverty of course is no disgrace, but it is damned annoying.

It's only annoying if you have something to hide. It's no problem for me. I don't have anything to hide. Being tested is I guess a walk in the park.

There's no smoking gun, no deliberate malfeasance. That's going to be a benefit to the stock from the veil being lifted, but it's a one-time thing.
