Crime is not an anomaly limited to Fairfield and Solano County - it's accruing all over the country,

I'd like to see us solve regional problems by working together, the cities and the county, ... I'm anxious to work with the other six mayors. And I think, too, that it's important for us to do a countywide education summit with all the school superintendents and mayors in the county getting together.
