This is the toughest region in the state. This competition is a great warm-up for the state championship.

In the week following his third-place finish in the region tournament, George became a different wrestler. He knew that if there was going to be a second title, it would take one full week of working on his mind. We didn't have to worry about his skill level. That has been proven to be one of the best in the country.

I talked to the senior class about stepping up and showing leadership, and they did that. We had all 14 wrestlers place in the top six, and 13 of the 14 placed in the top three.

Those lobsters are lively. They?re ready for competition.

We think this team is good enough to win this competition.

We differentiated by having wraps instead of sandwiches. We're not looking for Tony's competition.
