This is tragic and deplorable. The wall of silence hopefully will be lifted soon.

Silence is a friend who will never betray

The nightmare continues. And the national press we're getting is certainly not helpful to us.

It's a small handful that demonstrate behavior that's not exemplary of any student, particularly a Duke student. This is the sort of activity that cannot be tolerated.

It's a hazard to the officers. I am sympathetic toward them. If something jumped off right now, they'd be overpowered.
