This one tonight I am going to vote for because this is what it's intended for ... to take a building that needs a lot of work and rejuvenate it,

It was clear this person intended to bring the entire building down and a great deal of accelerant was used.

It'd be easier for me if the board voted tonight, ... since I wouldn't have to vote. But I think it's important to be fair. We've talked about this issue for a long time. I think I know which way I'm going to go on this and that way I can be responsible (for the decision).
