This union with the guru, O Kabir,Sets me free; like salt mingledWith flour, I am no more I!

If here before me stand both- my Guru(teacher) and Govind(the almighty),I'd first prostrate my Guru! , because, it is He, who revealed to me,the Govind!!

And if thy oblation be a meat offering baken in a pan, it shall be of fine flour unleavened, mingled with oil.

Now I have no caste, no creed,I am no more what I am!

There is no river at all, and no boat, and no boatman.There is not even a rope to tow the boat, and no one to pull it.There is no earth, no sky, no time, no thing, no shore, no ford!

Everybody sets out to do something, and everybody does something, but no one does what he sets out to do
