This was a high-scoring meet in relationship to the first seven outings. I thought the judges tonight were very in tune with college scoring. We let it slip away. Hopefully this season doesn't slip away.

Even though we never came up with one of those big runs. I thought we made enough of those five and six point spurts to keep a decent cushion.

But, then again, we had a break on floor. It was just a little bit untidy. We almost finished the meet off. It could have been (a great meet) with a couple more floor routines a little more solid, and a couple more bar routines a little more solidly performed.

I actually thought he played pretty well for a guy who had one practice under his belt. I think that has to be a boost for our team.

It was a shock to win, ... Even you guys - admit it - you thought 'Desperate Housewives' was going to win.

I thought the team ran fantastic. We had had two meets canceled, so I was worried about how we might do. But for the first meet, we ran pretty well. We had a lot of outstanding performances.
