This was the toughest game to watch from the bench in my short time here. But like everything else this year I have learned from it and I will make sure that this lack of effort happens again.

I let them know exactly what they did wrong and it was nothing new, it was stuff that has been talked about over and over again.

Charity it was. We gave Wolcott every opportunity to take the game... Mistakes were made and then compounded and it led to a very tough loss.

The transition for any young player into this league is something that takes time. He asks a lot of good questions and we watch his shifts together afterward (on video). Then the next time, it just becomes second nature.

I'm sure everybody's glad it's the preseason. This is the time when you mess up, you go back and say, 'How do we correct this? Did we communicate? Did we miss an assignment?' So we go back in the film room, we correct it, and then we move on.

When that time comes, we'll see. That's definitely something that's going to go on with my agent and the Ravens. I feel good. When it happens, it happens. I'm focused on practicing right now and learning the defense.
