This week's DOE report showed a decent withdrawal in distillate stocks, with demand finally showing some teeth.

We're already in the position where every refinery unit is vital just to meet demand. We don't have any spare capacity. That's what it makes it so critical.

The report was taken with a sigh of relief, and since its release we've seen demand for banks and financials increase.

Domestic-demand related stocks will lead the market on speculation consumer prices may finally gain.

Everything else in the report was neutral or bullish. Demand is still high.

I'm not forecasting these changes. These changes have already occurred at the wholesale level.
