This whole experience, it's very gratifying when you feel like people appreciate what you're doing.

I think that we will find people adjusting to the experience really for the rest of their lives.

Glenn is very strategic, and I think we were very fortunate to hire someone with his broad experience in the entire chemical enterprise. Millie ... lived to 3-1/2-years-old and ... taught me more about living than any person or experience could ever teach me because she overcame so many odds. She died of heart failure in the middle of the night. It was the biggest loss of my life. Then these girls came along right after Miss Millie died and they helped to start healing that big old hole in my heart.
