This win means a lot. It means that these kids are resilient. They find different ways to win and they never give up.

It was a little odd coming back and not coaching for the school I'd enjoyed for so many years. This place fit me like a glove.

We had a strong league tournament. I was hoping the kids would put it together by the end and they did. We finished second in the tournament point-wise but we had the most champions and the most finalists. I think all the kids wrestled very well. Most of them wrestled up to their potential. Like anything else there were a couple of disappointments and situations where the kids might have fared better but they didn't.
