This year I feel confident that we can all work together to win ODAC.

Defensively, we're as strong as we were last year, if not stronger. Everybody is working really well together and communicating well together.

I think we have a lot of big hitters. One through nine, everybody contributes and can hit.

Molly's performance goes back to hard work. This time last year she was just beginning and now after putting in lots of miles, she is excited to get a medal, and I am excited for her.

I take it we have a lot of work ahead of us. The sign of a good team is when you do not play your best ... and get the win. A lot of our flaws were shown tonight, and we need to step it up.

This milestone just means that I have been fortunate enough to work at a school that has a great academic reputation. That lets us attract some quality student athletes. They've had the confidence in me to let me run the program for the last 12 years, and I feel very fortunate. It also makes me think about the coach I played for here at AU, Don Holler. Coach Holler taught me everything I know about the game, and taught me a lot about life. He and his wife are very close to me.
