Though I think the majority of students are going to be responsible, there's a few who're going to abuse it.

We have NASA-designated students who receive less of the regular science curriculum and get more of a NASA-guided curriculum.

Towers oxidize quickly and go from a shiny metallic color to dull gray. It's hard to see the towers, and I bet no one can tell you how many towers there are between Exits 1 and 5. It looks bad to have a painted tower with fake tree limbs and it's much taller than the trees around it. I call that the 'Wal-Mart Special.

You don't have to have 100 percent coverage, but you can't have a substantial loss in coverage. That is subject to interpretation.

We all use cell phones and when there are gaps in coverage and you don't have service, that could be a life threatening issue or the loss of a business transaction. There are more rocks in the soil than I thought could exist, so it won't hurt the environment, and it's not near any schools, so I don't see any negative impacts.

I think that the vast majority of students they felt safe being at school, they felt that they were in a good place, a supportive place and they were ready to get back to the dealings of education.
