Three independent bystanders said Marcus never had a gun in his hand. Marcus admits that those three said something rude to his girlfriend, and he verbally confronted them.

The people don’t care even a bit to a person who is not fair to others, but many don’t mind to go along with him anywhere as long as they either get the reimbursement of their to and fro journey fare or/and have own vested interest in his ostentatious public affair.

The case has been resolved.

Character is revealed not only when things are going well, but when they are not going well. Marcus has never blamed anybody. He's never been a whiner. He's never taken the 'world is out to get me' approach. When he's done well, he's taken credit for that. When he's made mistakes, he's taken responsibility for those.

He's not a bad person. In fact, he's a very good person, and I think anybody that gets him in their program or on their NFL team will be glad they got him.

It was important to him that all of these charges be resolved so that he'll be able to play in the NFL.
