As for the shock of the new - I'm involved in a contemporary art museum in the Netherlands which has an international reputation as one of the best of the country. I've done exhibitions at the Van Gogh involving contemporary art and we've done work with modern painters, sculptors and photographers.

From an outsider's perspective I can understand it seems odd to open a new facility while another one is closing. But Red Rock is designed for a state contract.
