To change your life, you need to take responsibility for it. You say you're broke whilst holding a beer in one hand and a cigarette in the other.....

We complain that our life is a mess but we blame our way through the week, then party all weekend to block it all out. Heaven forbid we should stay sober and start to think about why we're unhappy....

To change our life, we need to fight the demon we affectionately call our comfort zone.

Change is hard, really, really hard. But once you feel the benefit of even the tiniest change you have made, you realise there is absolutely no going back….ever.

Even though you complain you're broke, you over indulge in food, cigarettes and alcohol. You say you need something to look forward to. If living in denial is something to look forward to, that is your choice. As long as you remember you always DO have a choice.....
