To what extent is a deviant type of behavior? We expect people to be responsible citizens and obey the law; is it being in vogue to put blame on a quirk in their biology?

These things may seem insignificant, but they can create behavior patterns that often can?t be reversed. Once a bear starts associating people with food, he?s a problem.

We are starting to see a change in consumer behavior. Consumers are cutting back because of high prices, rising interest rates and signs that the housing bubble is ending. Prices have probably begun the long steady process of grinding lower.

But it gives the law a little more bite.

This lets them know that there are people watching and noting their changes in behavior.

It's part of a larger issue of rude patron behavior. It's something that gets people really upset. When it does happen, it's infuriating.
