Today is just a good day in disguise.

Here is a highly respected in-house lawyer who was making a positive reputation as a council member. I have not spoken to Richard but I think it is a shame that after just two years when he was filling an unexpected vacancy he does not have the opportunity to carry on and maintain the positive impact he had already made.
