Today, we estimate that the true cost of those deliveries is now at least $10 to $11. I sent out a notice today to our 300 members, noting that the profitability in this climate doesn't even begin unless they charge that amount for delivery.

The trucking companies are also tacking on extra charges to us for their increased gas expenses. So, there is going to wind up being some pass-through to consumers — unless [gas] prices go back down. But that doesn't seem likely.

You can't charge more for flowers when the guy across the street isn't raising his prices over the extra cost [of gas]. Sometimes, you wind up having to eat that cost.

And hopefully by the end of today or sometime tomorrow, we'll know if that is possible.

Today, we are the No. 3 semiconductor supplier in China. We plan to become the No. 1, reinforcing our position as a leading player in this market. Because it is in our DNA, we will continue to work closely with our existing partner and alliance network while establishing new partnerships and alliances with major emerging players, many of which will come from China and Asia.

We're much closer to settling today than yesterday. It's looking much more optimistic. We're hopeful to have a deal for the court on Wednesday.
