Tolerance isn't about not having beliefs. It's about how your beliefs lead you to treat people who disagree with you.

The highest result of education is tolerance

Tolerance only for those who agree with you is no tolerance at all.

Tolerance is a two-way street. How can the MCB expect to secure respect for Muslims when it shows such obvious disrespect to other people because of their sexual orientation?

The teaching of tolerance is well intended. But to truthfully address and adequately depreciate prejudice, we need fundamental teaching of respect. It is only with respect that is genuinely indiscriminative.

Work is so foundational to our makeup that it is one of the few things we can take in significant doses without harm. Indeed, the Bible does not say we should work one day and rest six or that work and rest should be balanced evenly but directs us to the opposite ratio. Leisure and pleasure are great goods, but we can take only so much of them.
