Tonight friends, our great country has voted for change, and Canadians have asked our party to take the lead in delivering that change.

It really is up to Mr. Layton to decide how long he's prepared to support the Liberal Party and its waste and corruption.

But I've been very clear in this campaign - I don't believe the party should have a position on abortion.

Our party will make those decisions in our own way and in our own time,

Chinese-Canadians are making an extraordinary impact on the building of our country. They've also made a significant historical contribution despite many obstacles.

What really needs to happen is this culture of waste and mismanagement and corruption that the Liberal Party practices must end,
