Tonight's win just made Tuesday that much bigger. If we can just get our people behind us and finish in that two-spot, that would be huge.

This is the biggest win we've had in a while in a place that's difficult to win at. (Dalton head coach) Marcus (Starling) does a good job and they ran some stuff that took us out of our game. But we've been working hard to help each other and that's been a big emphasis in practice.

We weren't able to finish (Tuesday). Then we couldn't find the net in the shootout. We had our opportunities.

This win could not have been much bigger. We put ourselves into a hole losing to Jacobs earlier in the year and did not have room for a down game.

Our big kids did a great job controlling the glass on the defensive end especially. We really stepped up defensively. We knew if we played good solid man-to-man defense and make (Central) shoot over us that we would be OK and the kids really responded.

We didn't panic and that had a lot do to with our assistant coaches. They did a good job of not letting me panic on the sidelines. I was trying to stay composed, but I was nervous.
