Too many kings can ruin an army

In this economic downturn we have too many managers and not enough true leaders to act as change agents and make rain!

A man who tells you to follow him will turn his followers into his company, while a true leader who does not tell you to follow him, will sit in the company of his followers.

Never follow a follower who is following someone who has fallen. It's why the whole world is falling apart.

It's not about how smart you are--it's about capturing minds.

Let's say there existed 100 people. Let's say all of them became leaders. All of their purposes are now obsolete and pointless, because 100/100 leaders = 0 followers and leaders need followers to lead.
