Track was a lot of fun. It wasn't my favorite. There was a lot of individual effort. Everyone got caught up in the Olympics and Bruce Jenner that year.

We just want to go out there and have fun, put some effort into it and have some fun with the guys and see what happens.

We were undefeated as freshmen and sophomores. We went 8-1-1 as juniors. It was a shame to go out the way we did our senior year.

They were the big dogs, and we went down to Milford and beat them on their home turf. We just overpowered them that day.

In an effort to better inform the public, the parish administration thinks a single organization should operate, maintain and administer all the levees. We realize the Levee District is best suited to be that organization.

We played good tonight, much better than last Friday. Overall, it was a good effort. The big red machine moves on.
