Learn from the past, embrace the present, and prepare for the future

Try to be realistic and accept the people as they are, not how we would like them to be. Being resentful or holding a grudge against somebody will increase your anger and make it more difficult to control. Grudges does not harm against whom you hold but these feelings eat away your very essentials of peace of mind. You cannot change how other people behave or think but you can change how you deal with others but working on a positive attitude.

It is good to be never pessimistic, better to be optimistic than to be idealistic, but the best as always is to be realistic in a world full of people being only materialistic.

We have to be realistic,

I just take a book everywhere with me. It's a habit.
