True friends are to people what lighthouses are to ships. No matter how stormy it gets, they stay put and light our way.

Sometimes there are stormy moments in your life when your friends do more than just walk with you; they become angels that carry you and protect you with their wings.

I have to be happy with silver, it's good to get another medal for Wales and my family and friends will be proud. It's disappointing because I didn't jump as high as I would have liked and the winning height was only one up. I feel I could have been in with a shout at gold.
