Truly there is a tide in the affairs of men; but there is no gulf-stream setting forever in one direction

It is the rooted instinct in men to admire what is better and more beautiful than themselves

What happened to these young men, it had nothing to do with religion. It was a random thing. They just happened to be at the wrong place at the wrong time doing the right thing.

They are both valiant young men who served enthusiastically. They're bold missionaries, diligent, just trying their best to serve to the best of their ability. It's just so unfortunate that something like this could happen.

All kin' o' smily round the lips, / An' teary round the lashes.

Wealth may be an excellent thing, for it means power, and it means leisure, it means liberty.
