Two more houses have come in the past year, huge houses. I remember when there was nothing.

There seems to be a gravitation toward the past.

The guys that were originally in Unit C were moved out into the houses because the new [female] resident hall did not open. We wanted to give them a chance to move back on campus because they had been displaced and were living in houses that had more residents than desired.

They whirled past the dark trees, as feathers would be swept before a hurricane. Houses, gates, churches, hay-stacks, objects of every kind they shot by, with a velocity and noise like roaring waters suddenly let loose. Still the noise of pursuit grew louder, and still my uncle could hear the young lady wildly screaming, "Faster! Faster!"

No one was hurt, thank God, ... Some of their houses have structural damage though.

My plan was just to run past him. My hand just got caught into his and I fouled him. ... It was just a dumb foul. Just a mental mistake.
