Two of my boys are Manchester United fans; one is an Arsenal fan. Whenever there is a game I can take the boys to, I love taking them.

All I can do is assess the value from Manchester United perspective. Whatever Chelsea do, they may have a different criteria, and different financial assets.

I'm not at Manchester United to keep everyone happy.

I think there's still a way to go as the likes of Manchester United, Arsenal and Chelsea are still quite far ahead. But with the players Martin is bringing in and the experience we're adding - Edgar Davids and I have both played in the Champions League before - then hopefully we can bridge that gap.

Manchester United are not just any football club.
