Typically, when you have a depressed individual, they feel hopeless. They feel miserable. Their mind is racing, their heart is pounding. They feel anxious. They feel exhausted yet they can't sleep.

The mind that is anxious about the future is miserable.

When you are depressed, heart always know the reason behind it. Many times people don't get immediate solution for it. But if they are able to calm their mind, they will definitely get the solutions in short time.

I'm afraid to hope but I can't help it, and the idea of hoping in this most hopeless of all places makes me want to cry.
