Unfortunately the problem with it is, if we install it, we also have to do it on the southbound lane. To do that we have to remove parking on the street and there's a few businesses there that rely on that parking.

This is the most we've had for paving streets. It'll get us heading in the right direction for street maintenance.

We don't have any parking meters that reset.

If they're sewer manholes they belong to the city of Santa Cruz and they can raise them.

The southbound inside lane does widen to approximately 16 feet near the intersection. Left turns are permitted in the northbound and southbound directions. Northbound left turns are prohibited during the peak times of 7 to 9 a.m. and 4 to 6 p.m. We will investigate if peak hour restrictions should be considered on the southbound left turn from 12th Avenue South.

That lane would benefit the developer and the township in the long run.
