Unfortunately, this creates new concerns and operational challenges for community banks just as other regulatory needs are draining their resources.

We have a very poor community. Everyone needs to have an energy-efficient home so we can reduce the demands on energy and be more affordable.

It always seems that the dollars we have to distribute are not sufficient to meet the needs of the community. They do a wonderful job in most cases, and you want to fully fund those programs.

The community needs to perpetuate his legacy. And we need to fill his seat with someone who has the same advocacy and vision.

Our goal, to meet the community needs, is to build 12 homes a year.

There needs to be community input on the definitions of the districts and the uses in those districts and where they are.
