Very often we find that it is in fact the parents, not the children, that have separation issues.

There's no separation between artist and audience member. You come to this festival and stand next to the bands. It's very open. There's no backstage the bands are going to hide in.

Parents, teach your children to express themselves. Teach them to be in touch with their emotions, to speak honestly to people, and to maintain integrity and stick by their principles in all they do. This is perhaps the highest morality you can instill. But don't expect them to succeed in business.
