Volunteering is the currency of hope for those in need. Don't keep it in your safe, go out and spend it freely

Focus on the task at hand giving it your complete attention and effort. Only move on when complete. This can eliminate stress and worry.

If you have never taken the oath to support and defend the Constitution, then support and defend someone who has.

And it was all volunteer.
